Forbes, in partnership with Teradata, launched a multi-platform content initiative designed to help business leaders navigate the complexities of big data. The program, "From Data to Answers," focused on turning raw information into actionable corporate strategy through high-impact storytelling.
The work needed to balance clarity and depth while maintaining a premium, authoritative tone. At the same time, the system had to scale across a wide range of formats, from a custom digital hub to long-form articles and print, all while aligning with Forbes’ established voice.
Defining the Visual Language
To support a large and evolving content ecosystem, I developed a comprehensive design system that balanced Forbes with the technical sophistication of enterprise analytics. The orange plus symbol became the central visual anchor of the identity, representing the connection between raw data and actionable insight.
The system was designed to scale seamlessly across multiple formats, supporting three print issues, dozens of digital articles, several social posts and a fully custom content hub.
The Digital Hub
At the center of the program was a custom Analytics+ content hub, designed to house the entire series. The goal was to create a modular framework and ensure that each touchpoint felt connected to a larger, intentional system.
I worked closely with developers to translate the visual system into a functional product, acting as the bridge between concept and execution. This included coding the animated logo introduction and leading final QA to ensure the design vision carried through to the final build.
The hub featured more than 30 premium articles exploring how data analytics is transforming industries.
Storytelling at Scale
Each article within the series required translating dense subject matter into clear, engaging visual narratives. Through layout, hierarchy, and custom graphics, the content was structured to guide readers in a way that felt intentional.
I illustrated several pieces and also collaborated with a range of third-party illustrators, providing art direction to ensure a cohesive visual voice across the entire series.
Through clear visual storytelling and structured content, the series made complex themes approachable.
Custom Magazine Booklet
The Analytics+ magazine extended the digital experience into a physical format while preserving the integrity of the design system. Interactive and motion-driven elements were reinterpreted into static compositions through layout, pacing, and structure.
Rather than simply replicating the digital work, the print edition was designed to feel native to its medium while maintaining the same premium and cinematic quality.

The final publication carried the same polished aesthetic as the hub, ensuring the Analytics+ brand felt equally refined in print.
Key Takeaways
The Forbes Analytics+ series elevated Teradata’s presence through an optimized, interactive user experience. The experience drove measurable engagement, demonstrating the effectiveness of structured, design-led storytelling in a traditionally complex space.
