Cloud9, a leading cloud-native voice system for traders and financial professionals, needed a rebrand that could match the scale and credibility of its growing platform. The challenge was to modernize the brand while translating it across multiple touchpoints, including a website, product interface, and customer support experience.
Working under a tight timeline, the goal was to create a cohesive, enterprise-ready design system that could unify the brand while improving usability across both customer-facing and internal tools.
From Brand to System
To establish consistency across touchpoints, I developed a flexible interface design system that could extend from marketing to product.
The visual language focused on clarity and structure, using restrained typography, high-contrast layouts, and a refined color system to create a more trustworthy presence. Components were designed with scalability in mind, allowing patterns to repeat seamlessly across environments.

By aligning the product with the broader brand system, the experience felt more cohesive and elevated, strengthening user trust.
Support Experience
To streamline customer support, I designed and co-developed a custom helpdesk portal built on Desk.com.
The experience emphasized self-service as the first line of support. Clear navigation and structured content enabled users to find answers quickly, reducing reliance on direct support.

The helpdesk maintained a branded, cohesive experience that aligned with the rest of the Cloud9 ecosystem.
Key Takeaways
This project reinforced the importance of thinking beyond individual interfaces. By designing a system that spanned brand, product, and support, we were able to create a more cohesive and scalable experience. Ultimately, aligning these touchpoints transformed Cloud9 from a collection of tools into a unified platform built for trust, speed, and scale.
